Karen Pomazal is an accomplished brand strategist, business writer, and marketing and communications leader with nearly 20 years in the business. She has earned a variety of awards for marketing, such as a Business Marketing Association Tower Award and the Apex Award for excellence in writing. As a marketing director and freelance marketing consultant, Karen has worked with companies such as RBS Asset Finance, Heller Financial, Household International, NEC, Fifth Third, Rockford Health System and others. She graduated from Northern Illinois University with a degree in journalism, and is a member of the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association (ELFA). Karen and her husband Eric live near Chicago, Illinois, with their three children.
